We started this because we kept watching the same thing happen. Someone finds a supplier online, sends a deposit, and then discovers the factory was a trading company, or the goods don’t match the sample, or the shipment is stuck and nobody will explain why. Almost always avoidable — but only if someone on the ground checks first.
We’re based in Hong Kong, a few hours from the factories in Guangdong. We can visit a supplier, sort out a problem the same day, and explain it to you in plain English. You work with us directly, from the first call to the last shipment.

How we work
No long contracts, no account managers, no surprises on the invoice. Here’s what you can expect from the first email onwards.
Direct contact, always
You get one point of contact who knows your product and your order. No being passed around, no re-explaining yourself.
Fixed scope, agreed upfront
After we’ve talked, you get a written quote with the work and the price set out. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.
Paid by you, not the factory
We never take commission from a supplier. Our only incentive is getting you the right factory at the right price.
Everything in writing
Supplier checks, inspection results, quote comparisons — all documented with photos. You keep the records whether or not you keep working with us.
Your suppliers stay yours
We don’t sit between you and the factory permanently. If you want to take the relationship over, the contacts are yours.
Small orders are fine
First runs of a few hundred units are normal here. Everyone starts somewhere, and small orders often need the most help.
