Ecommerce Fulfillment

We started this because we kept watching the same thing happen. Someone finds a warehouse or agent online, ships their inventory over, and then discovers nobody actually checks the order before it goes out — the wrong item ships, the box arrives crushed, or a customer’s parcel just vanishes somewhere between the warehouse and the courier, and nobody can explain where. Almost always avoidable — but only if someone on the ground packs it right the first time.

We run our own warehouse — we don’t hand your stock off to a third-party packer we’ve never met. The same team that inspects your goods at the factory is the team that picks, packs, and ships your customer orders, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between “the people who checked it” and “the people who shipped it.” That’s the difference: one team, accountable end to end, instead of your inventory passing through hands that have never seen your product before.

How we work

Receiving & inspection

Your stock arrives at our warehouse in China, and every shipment is checked against your packing list before it’s put into storage — so a supplier error gets caught before it becomes a customer complaint.

Storage

Your inventory sits in our own space, organized by SKU, with stock levels you can check without emailing us to ask.

Pick & pack

Orders sync from your store and get picked, packed, and — if you supply branded boxes, mailers, or inserts — packed in your branding, not a plain box.

Shipping & tracking

Parcels go out with tracking that updates automatically back to your store, so you’re not manually chasing down where an order is.

Exceptions & returns

When something does go wrong — a damaged parcel, a customer return — you get a written explanation with photos, not a vague apology. We agree on a returns process with you during onboarding so it’s not improvised later.

Restocking & reorders

Because we’re the same team that sourced your product, we don’t just tell you when stock is running low — we can go straight back to the factory and place the reorder, checking it against the same spec before it ever leaves China. No separate agent, no re-explaining your product to someone new. The loop from “running low” to “back in stock” stays inside one relationship instead of bouncing between a fulfillment company and a sourcing company who’ve never spoken to each other.
